JobPortal provides the following services:

create profiles, save jobs, apply to positions, and use our
resume builder tool

Employers: Post job listings, search for
candidates, and manage applications

General: Access to company profiles, career
resources, and industry information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we
do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of
any job listings or user-submitted content.

User Conduct
You agree NOT to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile
information
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other
users' accounts

Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization

Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without
permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

Content Guidelines
Users retain ownership of content they submit to JobPortal. By
submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your
content in connection with our services.
Content must not:
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
- Include personal information of others without consent

Intellectual Property
The JobPortal name, logo, website design, and all original
content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not
use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without
prior written consent.
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the
Platform are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability
JobPortal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We
are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of job listings or employer information
- The outcome of job applications or hiring decisions
- Any damages resulting from your use of the Platform
- Actions of other users or third parties
- Service interruptions or technical issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if
any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for
violations of these terms or for any other reason at our
discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through
your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease
immediately. Provisions of these terms that should survive
termination will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any
time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the
Platform. Your continued use of JobPortal after changes are
posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
